How does it work?

By booking a Distance Reiki – Silent session, you can receive this gentle healing, reset and recharge your energy, and do something concrete for your wellbeing.

All you need to do is book your session, so you know exactly when it will take place.

 

At the agreed time, your Reiki practitioner will connect with your energy from their space and carry out the session in the same way as they would if you were together in person or online. Their preparation and focus remain the same, ensuring a clear and balanced channel.

There is nothing specific you need to do.

You have two options:
 - You can rest in whatever way feels natural and comfortable—creating a calm environment, lighting a candle, playing music, observing any sensations, or even falling asleep.
- Or you can go about your day as normal, knowing the Reiki energy will flow where it is most needed.

 

Each experience is unique. The effects can be subtle in the moment and may continue to unfold over the following days.

 

After your session

Afterwards, you’ll receive a follow-up email with any observations or intuitive insights that came through during the session. You’re always welcome to share anything you noticed or reach out with any questions.
