Book a session

Ready to make time for your wellbeing?

Booking a session with Experience Reiki is easy.

Whether you're looking for a holistic and personalised experience, want Reiki to support you throughout the session, or prefer to receive Reiki completely off-camera, you can choose the experience that feels right for you.

All our one-to-one sessions are offered online, so you can receive them from the comfort of your own space, wherever you are in the world.

Choose your session below

We’ve kept it simple, with three clear and different options.

The Holistic Experience | Distance Reiki | Off-Camera Reiki

There’s no need to book anything separately. We can simply explore what feels right for you within your session.

Individual sessions or a journey?

You can book individual sessions as you go. You don't have to commit to a package or decide in advance how many sessions you need.

But if you'd like to continue the work, we also offer multi-session options for The Holistic Experience and Distance Reiki.

Our four-session journeys give you the opportunity to explore the experience across different aspects of your wellbeing, from the physical to the mental, emotional and spiritual.

The sessions don't have to follow a rigid formula. What comes up for you will naturally influence what we focus on, and integration is part of the journey too.

There is no expiry date on your package. However, if you're choosing a package, we generally recommend allowing some continuity between sessions rather than spacing them too far apart. This gives you time to experience the work, notice what shifts, and allow what comes up to settle and integrate before your next session.

How to prepare for your session

There is no special preparation needed.

If you can, give yourself a little time to slow down before your session and maybe even spend some time in nature.

Also, you might like to have:

✧ a quiet, comfortable place where you can relax and won't be disturbed
✧ comfortable, cosy clothes
✧ a blanket if you tend to get cold
✧ anything that helps you feel at ease, such as music, a candle, incense or a crystal

You don't have to create the perfect environment, though. You can receive Reiki from wherever feels comfortable for you. That could be your bedroom, your living room, your office, a favourite outdoor spot... It’s completely your choice. And of course, life happens too. You might have your baby in your arms or your dog curled up beside you. That's okay.

The most important thing is simply that you feel comfortable enough to relax and receive.

And if you haven't had time to prepare at all? Just come as you are.
